Actually its very easy to rise up if youre actually above your current level.
On my understanding of the hidden rating it not about the number of matches you have under your belt. Its who you are up against. Lets say your main account has 300+ matches and a hidden rating of 500 and your alt account with 5 matches and 500 hr. If you play with the same person(lets say 550), you'd get the same amount of increase in hr on which ever of the two accounts you use.
