This will probably go unseen, but it would be AWESOME if devisions were based on player activity. So Active players will go against active players and the occasional players will go against occasional players.

SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY TO THIS SO I KNOW AT LEAST SOMEBODY HAS SEEN IT

to add on to this, you can also base them on times when they are most active. so people are more likely to play opponents who are active around the same time they are.
