Shelling is supposed to give Bombshell 2 more than it already has. So if a bombshell has 1 hp, shelling it will give it 2 more abd it'll have 3 hp. 2 hp bombshell will have 4 if shelled. If a shelled bombshell has 2 hp, unshelling it then shelling it will not make it have 3 hp

Well yes. And BS shouldn't be able to do two damage by splashing a base.

Yes. And BS should never regain health by shelling.
