that's why I suggested a UDID ban. The UDID is unique to the device you use, so no two devices have the same one. If his was banned the easiest way to continue playing is to use a different device

Apple is revoking access to UDIDs, and apps aren't allowed to use them anymore.

then perhaps this is evidence that the practice should be allowed in certain circumstances
