Only Soldiers and Medics can be spawned. No one can attack ANYTHING up to turn 16 (including bases).

But someone brought up the issue of positioning, so people could put their army right up against the base of the enemy and one turn them. Ain't fair. Are you going to join or not?

You're only allowed to spawn Mobi.
You're only allowed to move Mobi.
You can teleport anything with Mobi.
Sniper can't attack (?).

That is basically aim and shoot
