I think we should apply this nerf when there is a difference of two leagues. Either do the runner nerf for two league, or directly apply the soldier nerf, but no disadvantage for one league difference.. Or something else, but this runner I couldn't use even though I dramatically needed it was very... Challenging Big Grin
