Yeah the best divide is probably between gifted and master. How does people feel about further handicapping? If feel it is needed, but is the non-enforcable 0 sec time limit good or should we we have a material handicap. The player in the higher league would have to create a runner and move it to a useless place and never touch it?

i don't think that should be necessary, after all it's challenge, but it'd be nice though haha
