This happened to me once and someone on the OML forum suggested that my Game Center app had been turned off. So I opened Game Center up and sure enough it was turned off.
Hmmmm, thinking back I wonder if someone I was neglecting,by playing Outwitters to much,was trying to tell me something by turning it off. And then enjoying the entertainment as my frustration grew?? Maybe I am slow-witted after all  , but anyway Kaijisama try turning Game Center on.
