2v2 Frustrations

My frustrations with 2v2 are mounting. There are several problems that need to be addressed. I recently went to start some games and the first 6 games were all against Gurleyman/Krogoth with us as P2. Finally on the 7th game we got P1. I started 3 games as P1 to at least balance the scales somewhat. Of those 3, two were cancelled by P4 (1 was Gurleyman, which is not cool since we had 6 as P2) and the other was an opponent that we regularly beat. There really need to be some fixes put in place to address the issues at hand.
Items to be fixed:
1. FTA fix similar to 1v1 (those of you that feel this is not an issue haven't played enough 2v2, *winks* @ MrB & AlexJ)
2. Randomize FT
3. Penalize for P3 and P4 decline (this can only be applied if a fix for item 2 is in place)

I love this game. Please fix it.
