New Teams/Character Ideas

These may or not be the benchmark for suggesting teams.

Also, all medics have a plus sign, all snipers have one eye. All specials ability ties into their name and/or team name.

Scrambler - scrambles brains (and it is a brain)
Mobi - mobilizes it's troops (and the name mobi, from Moby Dick, about a whale)
Bombshell - it uses bombs and and shell (shell goes with the sea theme)
