If you read most of garcia's posts it becomes clear that he isn't serious with statements like this (or at least I hope not )

Anyway, we'll have to wait and see how the balance shifts, but I do agree that from first impressions it doesn't seem the change will help that much. Of course, first impressions are often wrong so only time will tell.
