More than 80% of players are in Fluffy and Clever?

Now, if you take a look at the statistics on OSN. Let's take my stats (Gifted 1v1, Clever 2v2 random, while running 50% against Gifted) as an example. With my 1v1 stats, i know that i'm about mediocre Gifted, and thus i would've thought i was average worldwide. But actually, I would be around top 10% of the world, if my original estimations are correct. It would be quite misleading.

2v2 random is even worse. I can't believe how 60% are mashed into Fluffy. It just sucks. I know from myself that i'm about at the borderline between Clever and Gifted, and it really sucks in the first place that i'm not yet promoted. Something needs to happen to help this out.
