I think they're mostly great ideas. Some of my ideas about your ideas:
(Numbered to match the idea I'm referring to)
1-5: Yes, yes, yes yes yes
6: I'm not sure what you mean here. The servers are up 24/7.
7, 8: Agree
9: Not official or anything, but Harti has a mapmaker up on the web somewhere.
10: If you upload your replays to the OSN, it will track some of your stats. (The more replays you upload, the more accurate the stats, obviously)
11, 12: Agree.
13: I don't agree with that one. Part of the game is, I think, devising strategies that work well with your team and your play style, for each map.
14: I have no idea what a Starcraft bonus pool is, so I can't comment.
15: I think it should be lowered to (actually) four days. (see #17)
16: We can dream
17: It's not technically a bug, the system cuts off any games that have had no turns for 5 complete days (120 hours) so that when people see it say four days, they have some time to complete their turn.
18: Although I'm all for supporting the game, I don't think ads are the right way to go.
