To those who wouldn't pull the lever:

You are the only one in an airplane loaded with nuclear weapons crashing down. If you do nothing the airplane will crash into a big city killing hundreds of thousands. You can't land the plane but have the option to steer it away from the city, crashing it in the countryside which would still kill people but it would be way less.

If you don't pull the lever, do you still steer away the plane from the city? The two situations seems fairly equal to me.
