Bramble - Is it bad?

I've actually won by spawn control in 2v2 before. You only need to block both spawns of a single player who has no units on their turn (so, game over even if his partner still has units). That was with scallywags on blitz beach.

Are you sure about that? We had a game where a guy had no units left and we covered one spawn and his teammate was on the other and it just skipped his turn. I assumed all 4 needed to be covered but I suppose it continued because the teammate controlled the other.
