Not a real fan of the base rule, however as it is an effective way of keeping the tounry from taking over a year to finish I think it is a good one of its purpose.
Also if someone doesn't make a move they deserve to lose, doesn't matter if they are better or not. I think you should extend this rule, if someone appears to be losing they might choose to just no play so it will be considered a tie not a lost.

That's what i was thinking except you have to remember that I can't have a link to the game while it's being played. So how would I know if they were purposely not playing? That's why I made it 4 days for if they don't make any moves they'll lose automatically right? Though if the person is down base points there would be no reason to delay the game as it wouldn't help them. Overall I just hope everyone's honest during this.
