College Basketball Tournament for Outwitters! [TOURNEY TIME! R4: TG]

Being like college basketball, I want to include everybody and not exclude super titans or fluffies or anyone in between. In college basketball, there are naturally strong teams and naturally weaker ones based on their history and size (think about Kentucky vs. Northern Illinois).

FORMAT
It would start with a regular season. Everyone would be placed into "conferences" or groups of about 6 (more or less depending on how many people join). You would play everyone in your group once. The groups you are placed in will be decided randomly. After the regular season/group games, there will be the big tournament. Everyone will be in the tournament unless there are too many people (then the top people will be in the tournament). Based on your regular season performances, I will seed everybody for the tournament. The tournament will be single elimination just like in College Basketball.

RULES
-everyone included
-all teams/packs/races allowed
-maps will be chosen beforehand
-replays must be save to be credited your win
