This is the key with any team. If you dot get your special out at the same time, you give the BS time to attack. This is why turtling is harder as with the update since specials are spawned at the same time considering your not getting outplayed.

Taking out a BS with feedback can sometimes be really easy early game. Just got to scramble an adjacent soldier, hit BS, move soldier and bring one of your own soldiers to kill it. Just got to know where to put your scramble which isn't hard because Scallywag players tend to use the same BS spots. Feedback has trouble dealing with loads of bombshells though unlike the adorables.
