I believe all round 3 games are now complete. I went through everyone's OSN histories and have recorded all of the results in the tournament spreadsheet.

The second finals qualifier came down to a tie breaker between Gaebora the Owl and ShAdOw.* 198, with Gaebora the Owl taking it per the following rule:

Remember to use a race in your home match that you have not used against your opponents in either of the previous rounds, and you must win both your home and away game to lay claim to the crown.

One more caveat, since round 2 was bypassed and as such you each have 2 races to choose from for this round, if the first set of games result in a split decision and an additional set is required you will be required to use the race you have yet to use instead of all race restrictions being lifted. If a second set of games once again results in a split decision, race restrictions will be lifted for home games from then on.
