What are the forum rules? I cant seem to remember if there was any when i registered.
I looked into the member list and saw a few users with their names crossed out.
Were these people banned? If yes, was it because of the site they put up in their profile? Because ive have seen other users having this (not yet banned) and one even having a siggy linked to a porn website.
i understand if the admins are too busy to find and ban these people
So i suggest assigning an active or known forumer to become a mod
or atleast put up a report user button (im not sure about this. I will check it after posting and will remove it if i do find one)

There isn't an actual set of rules here I don't think...
The registration has some generic guidelines anyway:
