No, it does not.

That happens to me when I'm either not connected to wifi and it just takes a bit, or when I'm at school(they have bad wifi). This makes me think your device disconnects to your wifi, and you don't notice it(it happens to me sometimes).

This isn't the case though because I can play other on,inr games and I wait for half an hour and still it doesn't load.

I'm having the same issue that hakkniv is having. I definitely have internet connection, the little Game Center "welcome back" thing comes up and I can access the internet and even look at the news via the app, but I can't see any of my games. All I see is the online games require Game Center thing. When I try to make a new game it acts as if I'm not conceited to te internet, which isn't so because I've checked this while running things like maps. Please help! I'm probably going to end up forfeiting if this persist

Yep, mine is fixed now, however I doubt that it won't come back as it has disappeared and then come back 3 times now

I played someone awhile ago who had two placements in the same division

Two (multiple) placements in same division has been around since the beginning of Outwitters.
Many of us have double instances frozen to our season history, too. Annoying cosmetic, very low level malfunction.
