I think that has to do with amount of testosterone during pregnancy. I have the same thing, and my fourth (ring) finger is longer than my index finger.

I have a longer 4th finger as well, but I don't remember ever being pregnant…

Silly, not you being pregnant, but you as an embryo and fetus.

I don't have a medical report to confirm this, just something I've heard.
