Ok, now I've added $15 in funds to repurchase everything, and it says my Apple ID or password is incorrect, I know this is false because I used the same information to re-sign into iTunes. Until it accepts that my information is correct I won't be able to buy anything, What can I do???

I experience this when I try to purchase anything because I don't know my security question answers.

I never receive notifications but yes, I haven't been able to get on the forums for much of the day
