Sorry - that wasn't clear, my bad - I mean if a player hasn't started their games by 9 feb then those games will be a loss for them (win for you). Unless the player hasn't been active at all in which case we might bring in a replacement.

Just to clarify - you can't use the same race MORE than three time. 3 times is ok - 4 is too many.

His three games so far were with Feedback so hopefully he didn't use that race in his other games in progress. Sounds likely based on his question though...
