That would actually be bad, I don't think it will happen. Generally it's an old game that gets free app of the week, because the developer want to remind players this game exists. But allowing thousands and thousands of player to get a 2.69$ app for free one week after it's released is a huge money loss for the app-builders.

Ttl2 being the Apple selection would be much better: extremely well showcased, and not free.

Does anyone know what would happen if I bought ttl 2 on my iPod touch 4th gen? I've been waiting all year and quite frankly unless it'll cause my iPod to explode I'm going to buy it because arrggghh I can't wait so long only to find I can't get it T^T

Someone in the blog mentioned they have a 4g and it crashes.

if it doesn't crash it'll be very laggy. Sorry, we tried to get as many devices supported as possible to make TtL2 playable on them and we had to make the cut off on 4S and ipod 5th gen.
