No League Points?

You basically need 5 games with the same partner before you're placed. During those 5 games, win or lose, you won't get any points but your hidden ranking is being formulated which will determine which league you end up in.

I don't know about the second game with the same random partner, but I think it may disqualify him from actually being a random partner.

It does not disqualify him as a random partner unless you have previously invited him or he has invited you for 2v2
