Computer option or faster play. Needed

This is a great game but the delay is way to long between moves, it would be nice if I could play a bot to practice while I was waiting for real players. The delay is really a big turn off, I have yet to get into a game I could finish in 10-15 minutes

As to faster play, finding people to just play friendlies with, or to play blitz with someone (Blitz) is a solution. It's hard to find faster play in league play, the idea is that you're playing people of your skill level all over the world, so speed play is much harder because of time zone differences as well as play styles. Take, for example, some Super Titans. acameronp says he takes around 10-15 seconds per turn (or something like that), and LER4T takes a few days per turn. So, it's literally impossible to have people that play to your speed all the time.
