Adam and Alex should put verification questions whilst signing up, i.e type what this image says or phone number verifying

i can ban but only if im absolutely sure that its a bot. banning is forum wide.

How does the Top Poster thing work? This morning, it said i posted 19 times, than this afternoon it said i posted 20 times, and now it says 18. And this is my ninth post today.

It is all posts within 24 hours. There isn't cutoff time where the "posts of the day" rest.
