It's only 10 hours since the start, so it might be they simply haven't gotten around to checking the forums - no need to panic yet, Outwitters Tournaments are a very slow monster .
But yes, you could certainly do that or send them a PM to remind them the tournament has started.

Also while not ideal, I have no problem with counting a game with switched P1 and P2 if both players agreed.
