Yes p1 can start there round 2 games if they have an opponent. Round 1 for the top bracket will end in 2 games. If your game is still goin and you report to me then you won't be kicked out.

Top bracket has been updated and round 2 on long nine can begin. There are only a couple games left because any player who didnt finish their round 1 game has been kicked and their would be round 2 opponent has been given an automatic advance. If you have an opponent for round 3, you may start your games on peekaboo. Better seed (seed closer to 1) starts the game in both these rounds.

Bottom bracket has also been updated with the same conditions as above.
