Found Someone Cheating (Replay Attached). How do I get them banned?

Fun (and games) aside, TheQwertiest has an important point. I'm glad there is so little cheating going on, as it would destroy everything this game is about.
Cheating should not be advertised and confirmed cheaters must rapidly be banned.

I stand corrected! I just watched it on OSN no problam. He had like 99 Wits the entire game; I'm frankly shocked that he spawned anything besides Bombshell.

All you need to do is go to the replay and watch how it glitches out, every time you try to watch turn 2. Thats proof enough for me, especially that it glitches where he spawned a bombshell on OSN.
