USA Today Wrote:Apple has reached a $32.5 million settlement with the Federal Trade Commission over unauthorized purchases made within smartphone and tablet apps.

The settlement requires Apple -- makers of the iPad and iPhone -- to offer full refunds "for any charges by a minor that are unauthorized," says FTC Chairwoman Edith Ramirez in a press conference Wednesday.

I think the logical thing is that when my 2 year old son presses DONE before I'm done with my moves, I am entitled to a do-over.

How are they going to know if a minor made it or not?

Buy IAP. If it is disliked: blame child, get refund.

Because you get a refund doesn't mean that you get to keep the product. But yeah, it is kind of stupid that just blaming a child can get a refund.
