Runner Rushes
Are Runner Rushes Dead? RR just seem far less effective with the wit per kill bonus. I suppose that was intended, but they just cannot compete for more than 2 turns.

Are the best anti Runner Rushes just soldiers and more runner(or bombshells)?
Any ways to make RR work?
