Having problems!

Ok, so I have been having some problems with my games lately. Two occurrences have happened so far in the past 2 days.

Problem 1: I won a game about 2 days ago in league play against a guy named bigdebacle. On the end game screen, I didn't earn any points and he didnt lose any points.

Problem 2: I was winning a game and was certain victory. There was no way possible for my opponent to win. My opponent was letting the game sit and so I waited the 4 days. I came on today because it should have timed out now. When I came on the game was gone! This really bummed me out because I'm on the edge of promotion. I checked my profile and I haven't earned or lost any points. My opponents name was something like Ulquoriacifer.

Any suggestions or comments?

I've had problem one happen to me once. I didn't report it though.

All I can suggest is signing out then back into GC. Possibly try a reinstall if you really wanted to.
