Outwitters is 7th in the list of honourable mentions in the best app ever category and 4th in the best strategy category. I'm pleased with these results though

Tower defense should be its own category. Why is Outwitters mixed in with Fieldrunners and Kingdom Rush? These are completely different games.

These are completely different games. My point was that tower defense is such a huge genre of games - particularly mobile games - that it should have received its own category. While there certainly are strategy elements to tower defense games, it seems strange to lump them in with "true" strategy games like Outwitters, Hero Academy, and Great Big War Game. I mean, especially since this was a public voting thing...of course the tower defense game(s) won. Though, Kingdom Rush IS a great game. It'll be GG when you're up against GG of GG. |
