Lol sorta....Insane Clown Posse is a bitchin band, their fans are referred to as juggalos - this guy is just on their label.
Interesting fact, since we are in the poppycock forum after all - icp recently sued the FBI over the fact that juggalos are now included on the national gang threat assessment list, along side the bloods and crips....
