A Refresh button would be nice too. But that is not so important. If you press Games menu again it doesn't always do a refresh. But Refresh button is not important, you can "force" the app to do refresh many ways (for example: opening notification center, then closing it . But a Refresh button would be the easiest way to do it... Impatient people mashing the button in order to see if it's their turn three seconds before they would usually do... all day... all night... They could implement it via IAP, lol.
