Getting your 20 or 35 game slot limit unlocked - onealexleft - 09-07-2012 09:15 AM

New players who purchase something from here on out will have their turns upped to 20. Old players who have already bought something will need to go to the store and tap 'restore purchases' to get their account upgraded if they updated and launched the game prior to this posting.

If you've bought the 35 turn limit item and aren't getting 35 turns, simply do a 'restore purchases' as well as we had a deployment hiccup right when the update went live (affects a very small percentage of players).

I currently have 18 games in progress and when I try to create a new game it says I've reached my max amount of games. Is this a bug?

there was a deployment hiccup for those that updated instantly. you'll have to go to the store and tap 'restore purchases'.

I have 18 games and can't create two others; I've purchased the Über pack. So, I followed what you said Alex, I tapped "Restore Purchases" but I still can't create two another games. Why ?

there's a possibility you've been invited into a 2v2 and it's not your turn yet.

Hi Adam, love your work! One small issue I have stems from a post on the home page dated 20th of July which said "big jump in game limits for some players" however as an uber pack purchaser my game limit has stayed the same. I would have hoped that the 35 game limit would have applied for uber pack users.

I have a partner, but we haven't started any 2v2 games yet. Strange. Again, I tapped "Restore Purchases" some minutes ago, but I still can't create any others games.
