I have 7 of my matches on-going and I didn't know it was going to be kind of frustrating. I am gonna take a breath!. But I am having fun playing against the guys I've learned from by watching their replays

Frustrating? Because you can't get a quick advantage?
You never get a quick advantage, unless your opponent played in a japan bar at 1am because there was free wifi

Once i hit his base with my soldier in turn 5, the game was about over. It might have worked even better to mobi up my heavy instead and just leave the soldier. Also on turn 7, i should have attacked with runner and then soldier so that the soldier was on top.
