Delayance in watching replays? - vegaprom - 01-27-2013 04:51 PM When watching replays, does anybody notice that between moves, sometimes there is a pause while sometimes doesn't? Does that reflect the thinking time of the player before going on with the turn? The delays are for all moves, in and out of the FoW, but since you can see things OUTSIDE the FoW, then the delays only really impact perception of things in the FoW. RE: Delayance in watching replays? - QuantumApocalypse - 01-27-2013 07:03 PM Hmm, you're right. Shorter delays come from selecting etc, however. Longer delays happen with move cancellation. When you go to move a character, but hit the cancel button on the confirmation, that actually counts as, and makes delays as long as actually moving. Try it in Pass'n'Play. Have the FoW obscure one side, switch to that side and cancel moves (but don't actually do anything), switch back and check the replay.
