The scary thing is that Harti wasnt the best player in the beta. Where is Josua?

Josue is currently rank 6 (945,329,287,267,259,*258*,237,233,205,184)

However points don't tell the full story. It's possible Josue has gone 25-0 against and will get into Super-Titan soon too while Harti has gone 70-5 or whatever. Harti has way more points but it doesn't mean his hidden rating is way better, just that he's played many more games (Not saying that Harti isn't better, maybe he is, but just saying that you can't tell strictly based on points).

This is what I'd also like to emphasize. I don't like to be considered the best player when I'm actually not.
After prerelease testing I started in Gifted League (I underestimated OneAlexLeft and went 3-2 against him) with a pretty crappy skill level I guess. I thought it would be reset before the actual release as well. :o

Being where most of the newcomers get, I was able to beat quite a massive amount of players with an (to the system) equal skill level which is why I unintentionally farmed so many points. I just wanted to get to where I think I belong to get some challenges (Master League). It just didn't happen.

I had lots of free time yesterday so I took on the system. After winning like 62 further games against all sorts of players the servers finally decided to put me up to ML. By that moment I had already amassed 800 points or so, so I'm sorry for the people stuck with less (whose skill levels are just too damn high now to get ranked #1).


My aim now is clear, I still don't feel like I get matched to the best of the best, so I'll try to get promoted to Super-Titan League and wait for Josuecuervo to follow me. And we'll play all day all night. And I'll eventually get demoted to Master League. Big Grin

Interesting, I didnt realize that the points carry over when you get promoted. That actually seems an odd choice, as it really rewards people that start out badly under-ranked.

Hopefully it will even out in the long run.

I started in Master Leaque today with 5/0 wins in the placement matches. Did 2-3 more game now so I am at #59 or something right now.
