oh, so he posted what cheat engine his opponent used? how did he know?
edit: dont worry, i have no plans on cheating. just curious to know if there are ways on knowing if your opponent is cheating other than wit counting.

Here we have a real cheater.
I don't think moving a same soldier twice in one turn AND in the second move putting it 10 hexas away is normal..
Look at turn 39. The last one, cuz I gave up immediatly seeing this, to put the replay here.
