Are you asking a specific clan?
If not, I'm sure that Diamond League would be happy to accept you. As would probably any clan!
Look around, see what you like. Then ask to join.

Depending on what your looking for, the Wolfpack is accepting any members, for more of a casual social experience.

Just curious, why a limit to the number of clans? I just emailed the developers, and they seemed more than happy to have more clans, guilds, and tournaments!

They are certainly happy to have more active members. If I remember right, they were asking that the "new" clans have at least 10 active members. That way, it reduces small cliques in the forums.
