Yeah, that's what poweewee did as P4, he scrambled the heavy and killed the mobi. But I concider it our mistake - we had to protect mobi with a runner and in that case he could scramble only the runner - not very effective counter for P4. Probably, Scrambler counter would be more effective for P2, but you have to be Feedback player for that. As you know, it's most common for 2v2 teams to play A+S combo and when you start a game as P2 you don't know the map and therefore can't switch to Feedback.
