Sure, men play it too! In my high school it's rather "played" it, it was a big trend before the summer vacation and now everyone seemed to realize it is a bad game
But I noticed that girls were pretty involved in this game, and you rarely (at least more rarely than men) see girls spending a lot of time on games.
