This game took 190 turns, but all players made several turns per day. Therefore it did not last several months, maybe couple of weeks?

If you start a bunch of random games and some one else does the same so you have 5 games with the same partner, if you finish all of them, will you get placed in a tier with them?

No, it only counts you as a pair if you have invited them to a game. But as someone else posted, if you have a random game with someone and you like them, if you invite them to another 2v2 game, the current 2v2 random games where you were paired randomly will suddenly count towards your 2v2 team game placements.

Well played, congrats! There's a big chance you'll become nr.1 again (since they lost 2 games in a row and don't start new games). That'd be fair
