RE: Polyglotism - Mag!cGuy - 07-08-2013 03:41 PM No, we learn to speak english with the perfect english accent English with french accent sounds ugly! I have classmates who have an awesome accent even though they don't have any english parent or smtg like that RE: Polyglotism - Gf!sh - 07-08-2013 04:56 PM *considering how english with french accent would suond like* RE: Polyglotism - awpertunity - 07-08-2013 05:14 PM (07-03-2013 07:59 AM)TheQwertiest Wrote: From what I know and read from the posts on this forum I think Harti, blckace and awpertunity are likely to be polyglots. Haha what makes you say that about me? But I guess you're kind of right, I speak English, Japanese, and Farsi fluently. I studied Spanish for 5 years so I kind of know it but not as fluently. When I go to South America or Spain it comes back to me within a week though. Also when I'm drunk my Spanish gets pretty good (or so I think...) I actually don't remember why but something at the back of my head is hinting me that I've read something on this forum that makes you a likely candidate. So where did you study Spanish? I wish other languages were more accessible here. Would it be possible to learn online? (07-08-2013 10:56 AM)TheGoldenGriffin Wrote: Related to thread: I'm not sure.. Is there a big difference? I learned Spanish and Mandarin in high school but I haven't used either of them for 3 or 4 years now so I've forgotten most of what I once knew. Where are you from CombatEX? So that's German, English, Latin, Italian, French. I'd say thats pretty impressive. Probably China if he learned Cantonese and Mandarin.
