Progress is very slow in our game with Solidus taking about a day or so for each turn.
We can't seem to get a flurry of turns done at any time.

It shouldn't go over 6. Games can timeout anytime after the fourth day. That means your game could time out anytime. Its because of the different timezones making it inconsistent.
