You wave, yell, shout, and scream. E-mailing, posting, and messaging via testflight works too. We don't really have an official "way". Just get our attention and we'll handle it. You should have access now.

With the current beta version Alex said he invited a couple of new beta testers. That is, if you do not see a new forum and don't have such an email now, you're probably not being chosen. (If you received an email with the '1.2 (55)' build and do not see a new forum, please PM onealexleft or oneadamleft to be invited there)
This could change in the next few days or weeks, I have no clue how much effort it is for Alex to get these UDIDs copypasted.
