Sometimes, but in my experience it is very wit inefficient for the person harassing the wit space if they can't manage to actually switch the wit space to their color.

Yes, it can be, but an early mobi and delayed harass is quite annoying because that side isn't always built up. Then it allows other areas of the map to be opened up while I am busy trying to keep them off my wit space
